Refund & Returns Policy

Graffiti-Enz is committed to supplying quality products and complying with the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases or where the product is no longer required.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning products.

Product Use

Graffiti-Enz products must be used strictly in accordance with the product label, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and supplied instructions. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.

Graffiti-Enz accepts no responsibility, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for injury, loss, damage or unsatisfactory results arising from misuse, incorrect application, failure to follow instructions, use on unsuitable surfaces or circumstances beyond our control.
